Horrible costume service ever!!!! They stole my expresso machine and my money!! I been calling and every single person that I spoke with told me the same!! That my e merchandise card its on the way but thats not true!!!! I been dealing with this since January I been also sending e mails and they dont answer me!!!

Extremely disappointed. NOT in the staff the staff are excellent, hence the 2-stars. Whats HORRIBLE IS THE QUALITY of the products sold now in williams sonoma. I cannot believe how far they have fallen. For the price point, everything should be perfect. It was perfect before. Are they purposely trying to fail their brick and mortar stores so they close and I have to shop online where I CANNOT EVEN LEAVE REVIEWS??!! Thats insane. This is 2023. I guess Im a Sur La Table customer now.
