Ferguson Plumbing Supply

I was looking for a very specific make and model of water heater. Called this location and I didn't realize it was close to closing time. The associate Matt took my number and promised to call me back so I can place my order... and he actually DID! He called me back on a saturday afternoon even after closing! He was able to order my tank and schedule my delivery. I would have otherwise had to wait until Monday and potentially have a bigger headache on hand. I really appreciate this person. Excellent place, you just have to arrive early to be able to do the maneuver without the foursome getting in the way.

I have shopped here for years but it has changed. When Ferguson purchased them the guys that knew plumbing were mostly changed out for guys that think they know plumbing. I now often get incorrect information or am sold parts that do not work for my project. In addition when I recently price checked an exact part at Ferguson to one that would ship from Amazon the part at Ferguson was over 2 times more expensive. I saved more than $100 buying from Amazon and got the part sooner. I don't love Jeff Bezos but that deal I could not pass up.
