Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience renting from this location. We choose to rent here instead of at the airport and I'm so happy we did. Service was great, the camaro we got was fantastic. Easy pick up and drop off. We will certainly rent here again! Thanks for a great experience.

Smooth experience. Only issue is the parking lot. Theres not enough parking spaces so be prepared.

After waiting a long time in the waiting room an associate told me that there were additional required protections that I needed to agree to in order to rent the car. She told me that I could have this $195 charge reversed via a quick phone call to enterprise if my insurance covered the additional protections and that I should just take the car home and then call my insurance to see if they covered the extra protections when I got home. So I went back to my apartment and checked with my insurance and they said that they covered the extra protections. So I called enterprise and asked to have the charge reversed; they said that they would have someone call me back in a few hours to confirm that I wanted the additional insurance dropped. However, nobody ever called me so I reached out to enterprise again like a few days later and they said that in order to have the charge dropped I would have to drive all the way back to the enterprise place and have them reinspect the car. And I was like, Im not going to do that because I only agreed to putting the $195 additional insurance charge on my card in the first place because your sales lady assured me that I could easily drop the insurance over the phone if my insurance covered it. So basically, enterprise totally lied to me in order to get me to agree to putting the charge on my card and then refused to drop the charge under the circumstances that they said it would be dropped under.
