    This was my first time renting an Enterprise vehicle at this location. Normally I use Nationalat the end of the day it is all of the same. Drew was the person that helped me and provided no less than Five Star service. All of the guys at the counter were providing that same level of service, from what I could observe. Thanks for making my rental experience a pleasant one!

    On Mar 17, 2024, (2:40 pm) I rented a car (Toyota Corolla) from Enterprise at the Sacramento Airport (SMF). During the check-out of vehicle, I pointed out a deep scratch on the passenger right front of the bumper to the Enterprise representative and he told me that he would input it to the computer when he got back inside the office and told me not to worry about it. Fortunately, I took pictures of car (with the damage) and also the Enterprise employee (with the car beside him) just to make sure I got myself covered. Sure enough, when I dropped off the car at San Francisco Airport the next day, the guy who checked me out pointed the damage to me. I told him I did not caused any damage to the car and that the damage was already there when I picked up the car the day before. I told him I had picture to prove it and showed him the pictures when car was in the SMF rental car lot. He told me to be sure to keep those pictures to show as proof in case I was accused to have caused the damage as he said he didn't see the damage registered in his Ipad. Well, on Mar 25, 2024, I received an email from Damage Recovery Unit with Subject matter: Damage information related to claim # 20811329 with ENTERPRISE5 subjecting me to fill out insurance claim information. Well, I did not cause the damage to that vehicle I rented. If I did, I would honestly admit to it. I filed an appeal and replied to the email from Damage Recovery Unit. I have not heard from Damage Recovery unit. I have attached a picture of the damage of the car on the passenger side, right front bumper at the Enterprise lot at Sacramento Airport that was taken before I left the lot at SMF to the Damage Recovery Unit. There was also a picture of the car and Enterprise representative who helped me (I forgot his name but it begins with EH__, I believe 4 letters). As I mentioned above, I pointed out the damage or scratch to the pumper at the right front (passenger side) of the car to the representative and he told me that he would make a note in the computer when he got back inside the office and told me not to worry about it. Clearly, he did not. So this is clearly the negligence of your employee. Please let me know if I could be released me from any monetary responsibilities to this matter and update me. Again, I didnt cause any damage to your vehicle. I trust that you would look into this matter promptly and fairly. Please also note that my husband and I have been loyal Enterprise customers for years but will no longer be. I have never left a 1 star review before but doing so now as review board would not let me post a zero star review. P/S: Similar situation as "Beth Hsieh".
