        I was told there was no vehicle despite having a reservation. A few days later, I was charged a no show fee.

        Last week, I reserved my truck online. I arrived at the truck rental place an hour early. When I arrived, three gentlemen were there and they were not helpful at all. They did not have a truck, and they did not offer any explanation other than not to reserve the truck online. Where do individuals rent the truck then? I called customer service and they were no help at all. They told me it would be 2 to 3 hours until they located a new truck. I ended up getting a U-Haul and getting my errands done. What shouldve taken me about 2 1/2 hours ended up taking about six hours because my truck wasnt there and the customer service was horrible. Stay far far away. Also, not a safe place for a loan female to drop off and pick up a truck.
