Budget Truck Rental

I’m giving 5 stars to budget car rentals on 12th st downtown Sacramento because they have gone above and beyond to make the process of renting a car easy. I use this specific location at least once every 2 months for the last year and a half. I can tell you that it is always very quick process. I’m in and out within 5/10mins. I have never had a problem with a car. The cars are always clean. Until recently I would always recognize the person helping us behind the counter but never took the time to introduce myself. I figure since I come so often I might as well say thank you. Steve is the person who 90% of the time would help me. He is very friendly, gets right to the point and doesn’t harass you on adding anything extra. We talked about how I really appreciated them always making the process of renting a car easy. Steve was wearing his mask Ofcourse and wearing it properly (no nose hanging out). He let me know that he appreciated hearing that and he noticed the car was on the smaller side (me being a taller gentleman). He offered a bigger sized car at the same price. I’m not expecting this to happen to me ever again but I really appreciate the little things. It was a 100degree day here in sac and I’m running around making sure I’m packed and have the car for the trip. For Steve to do something so small really was a big deal for me. So once again the process took less then 10mins and I was out of budget with a great rental and I wanted to give thanks where thanks is due. This is one of those times. Steve and Zack (who greeted us upon entering and made sure we were helped. Super friendly) made my rental car experience easy once again. So out of respect I wanted to make sure they knew how much I appreciated my business with them. I will continue to use my local budget. I would def recommend them to friends or family. It’s way faster and easier then renting at the airport as well as not having to pay the airport fee’s tagged onto renting any car from the airport. Keep up the great rental experience and look forward to seeing you soon. Thank you again. I don’t recommend not getting insurance but I choose to not go with it because I have insurance that covers rentals already. But I have never had a problem returning a car. I’ve been lucky and the worst I bring the rental back is slightly dirty from sand or mud on my shoes and Ofcourse those bugs that cover the front of your car driving down south. So I wanted to shout out STEVE and ZACK for another great rental experience thank you for making it easy in the stressful ness of traveling. I’m writing this quickly and I apologize for the grammatical errors. Hahaha. Sometimes the negative things are focused on and we forget all the good things. So thank you thank you to my local 12 st budget. 5 stars going your way.
