Took it to Raul from the service department to change the oil housing. It took them 7 and a half weeks to finally fix it and get it back to me. The worst part is for 3 weeks the said it would be ready in a couple of days and would always change the day once it came. Do not recommend taking there

Horrible customer service in the service department!!! Had I our car for 2 days - they kept promising they would call. Never did. Never had an update. Kept stringing us along. Finally taking our car and taking to another service place. Anything is better that this place.

I am only giving this business a 1 star rating because it is required to post, it does not deserve even 1 star. But, I will be giving a warning to people considering doing business with this dealership, I dont recommend it. We purchased our Certified used 2022 Grand Cherokee in late January this year. After getting it home, we discovered some damage on the vehicle that was not disclosed by the salesman or in any of our paperwork. For the past several weeks I have tried contacting both the used car manager and the GM by phone and email to see about getting the damage repaired. To this day, neither one of them has made an attempt to contact me in any way. This only leads me to believe that they knew about the damage the entire time and made the decision to not disclose it. I guess integrity just doesnt hold the same weight as it once did. Very disappointed.
