      image Made an online appointment 2 days ahead for a simple wheel alignment for my brand new Ran 1500 Laramie. Then, confirmed the appointment the evening before on a text massage link sent to me.
      Arrived and checked with an service adviser to find out that it will take 2 days for an alignment because they are backlogged with other orders. Understandable but why then allow me to make an appointment in the first place and waste my morning just to find out that I need to leave my vehicle for 2 days for an 1 hour job. Guess, don't go here for even simpler oil change as it might take 1 day.
