Small bank located inside a big office building with many other companies. Parking is nowhere near the main entrance to the building due to all reserved parking spaces for employees of all the companies located inside. The bank itself is upscale and professional. Tellers are very friendly. They even have a water bowl for your pup? Although a little odd because who's bringing their dog inside a bank? (Unless it's a service dog, of course.) Maybe dogs are welcome here? Who knows. If so, I'm bringing mine next time!

I have banked with them for almost 25 years since they were Western Sierra Bank. That being said, the last year has been nothing but problems! They nickel and dime you for fee's, ridiculous overdraft fees, and the customer service has gone downhill by far! It's really disappointing, I have to say I am looking into changing banks to save money!

I want to share with everyone how wonderful Rosie and Shannon are at this location. They are always friendly, knowledgeable,  professional and  patient.  Umpqua bank and this particular branch will continue to have my business because of these outstanding employees..
