      image They would not exchange five dollars worth of mixed change for me. (Mostly quarters) They were rude and not helpful at all. They told me I needed to roll them but it wasnt enough to roll and I should not have to pay a fee for using coinstar for a small amount. Another branch helped me. I have been with US bank for my entire life and this was by far worst service and too lazy to count.

      image Absolutely the worst customer service you can experience. The attitude of the ladies employees of this branch and In general is beyond ridiculous. Every time I have to endure the pain to dealWith this bank, for years now, I have thought of writing this post about how bad US Bank really is ...And finally!! Doing it. Do not put your money on this bank. I am Moving mine.
