Subsequently called the store and told the item was not in stock. They would not be able to order a replacement for me unless I went in person. So I would have to do two trips.
I called customer service and told them of the situation. They said in order to protect me from fraud I would have to go to the store. How does replacing a screen protector protect me from fraud is beyond my understanding. T-Mobile is running a Ponzi scheme collecting my insurance payments but not providing services.
