I last wrote a review over 2 years ago. It was not positive. Since then there have been improvements. On a scale of 1-5 I give it a 4. Appreciate the improvements.

I have lived here almost a year and my dad has been here 12 years and we love it very safe friendly and most kid's get along with one another.

The sites are very tight, no room to roll out our awning. There was a woman sleeping in her car right in front of our site, welcome to California.

Its okay to live; not many priviledges and some of the tenants who live hear have more privileges than others only because of their religion preference.
