        It's a great mobile home parks

        Don't ever buy a mobile home in this park rent goes up every year, the Gas and Electricity is not controlled by PG&E!, It's's controlled and billed buy the park, the employees that go around reading the meters are not even licence, The tenants are afraid to say anything because of the retaliation they will get from the management. YES THIS PLACE IS (NOT) A PLACE YOU WANT LIVE! RUN!!!!

        The maintenance guy in the pickup truck is rude and hateful. After taking laundry from a resident who is disabled (since I was going to Wash Mill in the morning,) the worker said I was on private property. He tried to pull the cart from my hands and said the cart now belonged to him. I just kept walking as he said he was calling the cops. I asked him to please call as I walked home

      Casa Mobile Park

      Casa is a manufactured home community peacefully situated in the riverfront area of West Sacramento. The community offers 1 and 2 bedroom homes, located in a park-like setting that features spacious lots, a clubhouse, and a swimming pool. Our commercial center provides a sandwich shop, car wash, and barber shop. Each of the homes has a yard and covered parking, kitchen appliances, and air conditioning. We are across the street from a local library and Casa is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The community is also close to historic Old Town Sacramento and Raley Field, home to the AAA baseball River Cats.
