image I am a newer resident at Valley of Enchantment Mobile Home Park. I love this park due to the helpful management team. They are professional and courteous. During the recent snow that inundated the San Bernardino Mountains, and I mean I have never experienced snow like this in Cali, and I have lived in this state most of my life. They were absolutely fabulous. They helped dig us out. They let us know when donated food items were dropped off. They helped us with calling for help with getting snow off our roof as it was bending into our ceiling. Then we had heavy snow break a pipe, and they were on it before I even realized it had happened. Thank you so much to Cherry, Shannon Miguel, and Chris. You are the best and deserve to be recognized for their service to the park patrons.

Dear Inspire Community Management.
My family and I have been residents of San Bernardino Mountains for over 20 yrs and at VOE MHC since 2014. Raising our children and experiencing many weather related storms/conditions including, snow and fires that killed residents, destroyed entire communities, flooding that killed an entire family, road closures and loss of power, but never have we had a Hwy & County road snow removal responsibilities stop. The true magnitude is yet to be seen after we melt and you can see the towns disasters.
Had it not been for Cherry, manager of this park for 20 years along with her staff Shannon, Chris and Miguel, and a community coming together helping each other we survived the biggest storm in San Bernardino history.
Because of Cherry planning in advance we had snow removal equipment on the premises (and not having to wait for the County). This was one of the smartest and BEST decision Cherry made for this park, because we lost no lives, we were able to rescue and help neighbors in danger, and have a club house evacuation center for safety and welfare of your residents.
She did not stop there she continued to contact any outside services for help.
We also had the ability to save neighboring ranch of 12 horses who were out of food. Because we were the only place with a plowed road and a fence that backed up to the ranch horse stalls, Animal Control and ranch hands could get the bails of hay over the fence to the horse stables. An act of kindness and planning ahead saved a community ranch with food.
On March 2 and after is when Fire and Police were able to get to VOE, county and resident roads still not cleared for people to drive the police and fire finally made it to the park. Fire came to my house to use my ladders and shovels to get roof snow removed from club house then had great words to share with me that because our community had access they could help they needed to clear roof for safe space for evacuation area and then a food distribution center. Had VOE not been for plowed, I dont think this would have happened. Your VOE team worked tirelessly to get fire and safety to help the residents with all of the resources they could give to us residence from roof snow load removal, evacuations for some residents, food resources, firewood, and physical labor assistance.
I know that Cherry and staff worked round the clock to help our residents when and where needed and protecting Inspire by assuring this park suffered no serious injuries or deaths.
My family and I are so thankful you have such a fantastic Management team with the 20 years of experience running this park. I am full of respect, gratitude, thankfulness that we have Cherry and staff as they, are risk prevention wise, have personal care, concern, and positive relationships with the community which was the difference between life and death. With her strategic planning they need to be recognized for their service to us all living in VOE MHC. Not only do I live in the park, I work from home as a Risk Manager/Risk Analyst with 41 years in the business of claims management and risk prevention - I helped, watched, talked, and witnessed some of the best risk prevention in our little community during a historical disaster all because of Cherry and her staff.
Thank to VOE MHC management and team!
Sincerely,
Deanna Jacona Space 8

Deanna, there are not enough words to express how grateful we are for how the community faced this disaster together. I just wanted to let you know that this letter has been passed along to our Operations Team and that Cherry, Shannon, Chris, and Miguel will be recognized. Thank you for passing along this message.
