Ive been working out with Carina for years and its made such a huge difference for me body and mind. Carina is a wonderful trainer. Its a one hr class that includes cardio, core work, body conditioning, with a variety of equipment, and stretching at the end. The hour goes by so fast after a complete work out.
Im so happy to be part of Pro Fitness. Carina is the best and its a great group of ladies to work out with.

Carinas semi-personal training sessions are perfect for me. She designs each session based on the needs of the individual. She also goes out of her way to meet specific needs. For example, after I was unable to renew my drivers license this year, she has helped me find rides home with other clients. On one occasion, she gave me a ride home.

The owner Carina is very friendly and flexible. She's also accommodating as long as you request a change of schedule 24 hours prior. I enjoy very much chatting with the people working out there, a friendly place for socialization! :)

Carina is fantastic, keeps me moving and is always able to work around any injuries and sensitivity. She creates individual workouts and mixes it up to keep it fun. So glad to have found Pro Fitness!
