The Hampton Inn & Suites in Palm Desert delivered again! We have booked rooms here several times now for when our family visits from out of town. The staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was a nice quiet stay even though the hotel was at full capacity that weekend. We love this hotel and will definitely book again in the future. Whether you are here to visit family, attend an event at Acrisure Arena or traveling to the desert for any other reason, we highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

for $250+ look elsewhere. writing this review for my mom- she paid for the hotel, but we didnt like our hotel and Im writing this for her and i so check-in was easy with Cain, (give him a raise) but The shower water pressure was terrible, the pillows were so flat and I have really bad TMJ jaw issues, so I literally wanted to go home and sleep on my own pillow, 4 hours away, almost did bc it hurt that bad. even when i double stacked the pillows.. (look at pictures, see how FLAT). omg? also!! thank god i brang my own blanket, the bathtub faucet leaked all night, the sheets were really uncomfortable and itchy, and to top it all off, the toilet didnt flush everything down right away you had to flush twice. also, the hotel neighbors will be up past 10pm making noise! :): (so great when u have to get up early the next day) The so-called hot breakfast was cereal, you had to make your own waffle with the waffle batter, they had the normal orange juice/apple juice/milk thing, lots of it was gone by 9 - 9:30 (ends at 10am) because a lot of people took leftovers or whatever and didnt leave a lot for the other guests, they had bagels and really bad, smelling potatoes and sausages, freaking *IHOP* would be better.. !!!! lol :( ***I had a kids, yogurt, cereal, orange juice, and chocolate chips (from the waffle topping)..** my mom and I only stayed one night, but a Motel six bed wouldve been more comfortable than these, 1, and 2, ive seen their responses to some bad reviews, and all they say is thanks for telling us and thanks for your business and do nothing about it. ???? hello??? as seen in the pictures, they had a pool/Jacuzzi combo, but it was really cold when we stayed so I cant tell you more about that because I didnt go in. also, as seen, theres a fridge/freezer, and a microwave. theres also a closet with ironing board and hangers, a desk with two red chairs, and another work desk with a green chair and a light for workers. very cool, we didnt use any of it because we spent only our sleeping time in the hotel. moral of the story unless youre a member here on purpose, $300 would be better spent somewhere else, and my mom and I are very disappointed, and I highly doubt theres compensation for this. Noteworthy details: not quiet :/
