        We only stayed 24 hours for a quick getaway with the kids. The pool area was nice and big. We had lunch at the pool, and our food and server were nice enough. The room met our needs and the bed was comfortable. I do have issue with the clear cash grab that is the resort fee and parking fee. We got no extra value from the resort fee, and charging for parking while out in the middle of nowhere with plenty of space is a bit offensive. If you want to charge for Valet, fine, but $25 to self park is a bit much. This is a fine hotel but the value is highly questionable.

        The Indian Wells Speaker Series are held at this Beautiful, organized and accommodating facility. The weather and setting was truly great. Guest speaker Carl Rove gave an outstanding history lesson on our great country and informed all of us that there have been many times past that our economy and politicians were not so great, but we Americans moved forward in a positive and successful way.

        We were here for a conference for almost a week. The staff is wonderful, very flexible, and accommodating. Food was great, and the service was wonderful. I highly recommend this place! Rooms: The rooms were recently remodeled very nice and clean, modern looking. Food & drinks: Food was good& the Buffet variety was outstanding.

        No lounge chairs at pool. Not suppose to be able to put towels down and then leave pool area. 90% of the lounge chairs were unoccupied. I was told I could sit on grass area they were adding more lounge chairs there. Didnt stay at resort to sit on lawn. Sat in bar yesterday had to get our own drinks service for dinner had to flag waitress down after being ignored.
