Marriott's Shadow Ridge II- The Enclaves

Being A Marriott education club owner. We were really disappointed with shadow Ridge Upon check-in for some reason we were given a handicap equipped room, even though we did not need it. that was somewhat inconvenient because the bathroom and the kitchen were missing cabinets to accommodate and we were left with considerably less storage space. Also, we had booked two villas since our Children, and grandchildren were with us, and we requested being the same building and we were on the opposite end of the pool. It was very inconvenient. The main problem though was the pool. There were two geese that kept flying into the pool and the pool was closed multiple times each day for minimum of two hours. It was not a great experience even though there was another pool. It was a quarter of the size and it was not as accommodating for people with babies or young children because it did not have zero entry area. Its pretty upsetting when you go to a spot expecting to play with your children in the pool and lay by a pool and its constantly being shut down. Overall, the prop is pretty but something needs to be done about the geese problem. Its really not fair when youre paying for a vacation and you dont get the experience youre expecting because of geese. Rooms: Rooms are fine.

This property seems a lot bigger than the other Marriott property's in the palm springs area. Rooms are decent. Pool areas seem to have more activities then the other property's. Golf course is really noce.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I am completely appalled by the way Ive been treated by everyone in the staff here. During my stay, I had some music playing on a speaker, and they came to my back door to tell me I was getting evicted. This was at 11:30 at night. There was no warning at all. I of course was arguing with the security over this, due to it not making sense, and she started saying personal insults toward me. She claimed to be the supervisor of security, but no one was allowing me to know her name, as if theyre hiding something. They even had the cops called and they didnt even have to do anything because we were already on our way out. They ended up overcharging my card, so I called in and they had me talk to another security supervisor who was completely rude to me as well and was cutting my words off, claiming that they had given me multiple warnings, which was a complete lie. There are evil people working here. Do not trust this place.
