i currently live here with my daughter at briarcrest.and its a nice place to live pretty much everyone here is nice everyone keeps to their own buisness..the only thing is wen there is a complaint against a tenant it seems that management tends to go on wat the complainer is saying n doesnt investigate to c with own eyes n experiance..n i know this cause it happend to me getting blamed for exesive loud noise in pking area im sry but how can it b me if i havent had a car in more than 6 mo..that my daughter n i r loud ive asked a few tenanys around me n they say that we arent loud at all ive gotten etatements from different tenants due to various things that were said.But honestly if it was investigated they wud of came out with the same outcome in all areas but they seem to just go on the word of the complainer.. Other than that this is a vreat place to live everything is clean n well maintained 24/7.
