The Boulevard

Sonia, Tony, and the rest of the crew did some renovations inside my unit recently, and I must say that they did an outstanding job. The transition was not easy, but their dedication and hard work truly paid off in the end. Sonia and Tony went above and beyond to ensure that everything was fixed and completed to a high standard. Their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the process were truly commendable. I am grateful for their hard work and commitment to getting the job done right. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Sonia, Tony, and the entire team for their efforts and the excellent work they did. Thank you once again for a job well done!

I moved here a few months ago and I love it, the property is well maintained and the office always answers any questions I have and they are very friendly

Out of all the apt I lived at these are the best..They have work with me thru many life changing situations. The staff is great always polite to me. Maintenance crew is awesome.

I've been to the office 3 times during the week and during working hours according to Google, their posted office hours on their door and their pamphlet and they're always closed.

Our sink has been clogged for months and weve put in several work requests to get it fixed. The staff say theyre sending someone to fix it and we waited and no one ever came. Also another incident, one of the ladies who work in the office is extremely hostile and angry. She lied about me saying I didnt want to give her my unit number when she asked me about my dog. She lied amd said I was being hostile. I had no reason to gethostile. Im not sure how the other staff members are so nice and she is mean and lies. She told me that dogs would be out to sleep if they find them with out a leash. Yes, my dog jumped out of my car without a leash and I understand that is an issue. I even said. but it was one time and I grabbed her. My dog was friendly but the lady was yelling at me and not letting me talk at all. I took my dog to my apt, told my husband to come to the office with me to address her unprofessionalism. Ive never been talked to like that before and I was cooperative. I was surprised to receive a letter from the Apts attorney that stated I was agitated and didnt want to give my unit number. The staff lady was so rude and hostile, of course she made stuff up. We are not impressed with this particular staff member. If I was the apartments, Id be embarrassed to have her represent her boulevard apts. Im sure Im not the first tenant who has been treated this way. Watch out for her. I left a 5 star review on Yelp because when I first moved here the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Not this staff member, she is malicious and I do not trust her and my family has decided to look for other places in the mean time.
