TenTen Oceanside

I lived here from Dec 2020 to July 2021. I only moved because I was moving out of state for work. The time I spent here was great. The building is very close to restaurants and the pier. Great location and set back from the train tracks unlike other apt buildings in the area. Very secure building with key fobs. There are homeless people in Oceanside but that is any city. We never had a problem or felt uncomfortable. The apt is spacious for a 1 bed. Kam and Hannah were very accommodating to let us swap out some of the furniture for our own that we preferred. Otherwise was very nice to have some furniture available to us. Well insulated. You do not hear your neighbors. The rooftop was our favorite for the views and to watch sunset with a glass of wine in the evenings. Also, very dog friendly. Our pup played up there with other dogs sometimes but since there a few apts in the building was mostly quiet up there. Kam and Hannah were awesome. They were quick to respond and help with any questions or concerns. I would move back there if I were to move to Oceanside again.

I have to start by saying Management here at tenten has been absolutely wonderful. I have only been here for 5 months and they make you feel like family. Anytime I have had an issue, like a light bulb out they have had maintenance here same day to replace/fix. I absolutely recommend living here if you have the opportunity. Kam and Hannah in the office are amazing! The loft comes fully stocked and if you need anything else furniture wise if they have it they accommodate. I have been in apt 14 partial ocean views, very modern cute loft. Rooftop is amazing!!!I love the neighborhood and being able to walk to all the restaurants. Thursday night sunset market is so much fun! All the residents here are so friendly and look out for one another. Cant say enough good things. I will miss it here. Thank you Kam and Hannah for being so wonderful!

Our experience from move in to move out was absolutely amazing.  The management, both Kam and Hannah bend over backwards to meet every need or request.  We sold our house in Oceanside and moved in the Lofts at TENTEN while we house hunted and relocated to North Carolina.  Our time there was wonderful and mostly due to the cooperation and consideration of Kam and Hannah.  Thank you both and we will miss you Oceanside.  Stay salty!

Stayed there for a year and a half in the only unit that was privately owned in that building (Unit#1). All other units are managed by a company that provides hotel like service (daily unit cleanup, etc). Everything was going great till someone stole my road bike from the storage locker in the basement. When we approached the staff (Kathy) to help check the CCTV footage, she was extremely rude and quoted ~$500 to retrieve the footage. Things soured quite a bit from that point on. Kathy refused to sign for packages and made sure that our time in that building was not smooth at all. Thankfully our lease was up in a few months and we promptly moved out. Won't recommend the place if it's under the same management.
