Today I visited the ocean view terrace apartments and I had a very bad experience. I do not recommend it

I would not recommend living at these apartments. Unless you like your car getting broken into and weird people following you to your front door and walking around coming up to your door all hours of the night. There was a woman who was going up to peoples doors trying each one to see if they were open. Luckily I dont think any of them were. The local area is pretty known for gang activity. Trust me the coyotes are the least of your problems here. Good luck.

This place is very lower class trashy. The sales people act nice to your face and then do shady things behind your back like accuse you of smoking when youre not. Most of the neighbors are older unfriendly people who don't even say hi back. The units are so outdated they have no business charging as much as they do. The area is a crime spree of gang activity. You will most definitely have your car broken into at least once. There's always someone having plumbing issues. There is no ocean view, so they really should change their name. There are way nicer cheaper options even closer to the beach and in way nicer locations. Don't waste your time and money on these outdated black mold ridden, no ocean view Apartments.

I have been a tenant for close to 6 years. I'm 71 yrs old and have mostly enjoyed my stay here. I'm in a 1 bedroom lower level. There have been good times and stressful times but like any other place where you have people from different backgrounds, there are going to be misunderstandings. Since the change in management, there has been a better quality of maintenance, things get done, fixed repaired, replaced whatever. It has taken some time to get the right crew together, people who worked and stayed and did the quality job they said they could. A lot of trial and error but that is life. Judy and now her assistant Cindy is doing a great job relating to the tenant's issues without taking sides, just dealing with the issues, is not an easy job. It takes long hours and dedication to make things work the right way and I'm proud to say I saw Judy do just that. I'm glad to see she has extra hands now everyone needs a break and someone she can trust.I love the 2 doors in front. One a screen door then the heavy front door. The back patio sliders were recently replaced with beautiful white borders and sliding glass doors that of course have a screen door first with a lock on it. It makes the whole room look bigger and more modern. Please don't misunderstand I am not looking for anything for my review, No I'm moving to a place where there are more seniors 65 and over I think will do. I just wanted for people to see Oceanview Terrace with a clearer view and more human insight.
