This apartment complex was by far the worst living experience of our lives. The head office manager is so rude and speaks to you as though shes better than you. The actual apartments and our unit werent horrible to live in, however come moving out they overcharged us, we lived there a year and they claimed we had a few thousands in property damage however refused to provide the proof of damage and stated it had already been fixed. She made it a point to let us know we can set up a payment plan or have insurance pay for it, still refusing to provide proof it was our damages. Overall I wouldnt waste my time or money here. Save yourself the hassle.

Dont the let tiny name change sway anything, nothing is new or update. Dont let the pretty faces and fresh paint job fool you. This place is awful! If you stay here dont say someone didnt try to warn you. The front desk doesnt give one care about the residents in these apts once they get them in! Please dont let the fake smiles fool you! They walk through your apts all the time for no real reason. They barely fix things, only ever putting a bandaid on a problem. They think slapping a coat of paint on the exterior and getting rid of the actual amenities is what is need to make this place upscale. Take my advice dont waste your money! This place has gone completely downhill since the new owners took over. They didnt even tell us that they cancelled the security that would drive around to keep our cars safe at night, not until ALL of my husbands work tools were stolen out of his truck. They dont care about you or your family or their safety. Its ridiculous. If you move here, good luck and dont say the reviews didnt warn you.

To begin, all of this stuff have been small grievances with how the landlord is running things. As time has passed we've tucked away these issues because we've just been grateful for a place to live in within an overall good community. However now I cannot wait to get outta this place, it has gone downhill. The work that was done on the apartments are cheap and the appliances are outdated, constantly having problems when we first moved in (like nails sticking out of the carpet, plumbing issues, etc.). They were fixed quickly but not worth 2800 a month. Recently a certain staff has been completely unempathetic and on some sort of power trip when it comes to rules and blames the resident if a harmless mistake happens. You have super loud neighbors everyday and asked the leasing office to address it nicely? Nope, best you can do is call the police and blow things out of proportion. Then if a visitor accidentally parks in a reserved spot for no more than 2 hours while we're having an emergency, anyone can call the predatory towing company "Western Towing" to snatch the car as fast as possible without notice or warning. And as well there is no signs to warn a visitor of the reserved spots which hopefully is fixed later on. But Samantha and Aaliyah are awesome and super nice as well as the maintenance workers. Hopefully the place gets better and I will definitely change my review if it does.

Dont have an emergency (have a baby and need to rush to the hospital at 12am) and forget to tell the friend whos coming to take care of your cat every rule of your apartment complex. Youll get no sympathy from the leasing office and be told well you signed a law abiding lease when their car is towed with no notice within 1.5 hours of being parked accidentally at a car port. Christseana (I may have misspelled that) was not empathetic at all. I cant stop crying. Im sad to live here now, she was really mean to my husband when it was an accident and we genuinely forgot. I was going through the hardest thing ive ever experienced and the last thing on our minds was the stupid parking situation. There should be signage on all the carports saying that theyre only for residents who rent them. Please do better. But I will say thank you to Samantha for being accommodating for refinishing our bathtub fast while were at the hospital so our tub is safe for baby and it was properly ventilated for her new lungs.

The housing units are nice enough. My review is low because they have automated air fresheners in every public space that are so strong that I can't stand it. It smells stronger than a Bath and Body Works. I complained a dozen times and asked that at least the gym have the air freshener removed but they refused. I don't know how the employees breath in there. EDIT: changing my review down to 1 star because of the countless fees they managed to add on every month. This month I'm forced to pay to create a "pet profile" which is completely mandatory. They apply late fees to your rent at completely random days with no consistency. They signed me up for an insurance plan WITHOUT MY CONSENT, even though I proved valid insurance to them when I moved in. They are partnered with some insurance company so it's a total scam to sign everybody up regardless of if they have insurance already.
