This is the worste apartment I ever lived in. The grounds look nice from landscaping, and the apartment they showed me was nice. But that was not the apartment I moved in to. When I moved in a rat was living there, there were cobwebs, the fridge was dirty and smelly, and the bathroom sink and tub had rust in them. Then after a few months I noticed white spots growing on my clothes and furniture. The place had mold in every room and management refused to send a mold specialist. Overall, this was an awful experience and if this review can prevent even one person from experiencing the same, then it was worth sharing. Unfortunately, I really wanted to like this place. I loved my neighbors, but I would never live there again.

Been here 2 years. Corner unit. I never had any pest problems. Just the occasional roach or spider which is normal. They have a cortesey pest service who will teach you about rental treatment in regards to local pests for the area. They went into detail about daily habits, trash smells etc. The Orkin guy said I live clean, so no problems there. Sad to leave due to relocation to Nevada. Best little apartment I've had to date! My corner unit is private, best view, awesome lighting for my plants. Immediate Fwy access to the 78/college. Good neighbors. My side of A4 we all knew eachother and looked out for one another. I hope the new tenant(s) love my apartment just as much as I have. If I come back to California, I'm returning here. Johnathan and his team are hands down the best in the business.

Worst renting experience DO NOT RENT here place is a dump while they claim its a luxury apartment What a joke the take forever to fix anything that breaks in your apt the walls are so thin you can hear the next door neighbor use the bathroom our cars got broken into people will blast music at like 2 am theres roaches mice and they act like it doesnt exist the second you move out they will charge you ridiculous fees any good rating you reads are from people who work at the office dont get me started on them I get you hate your job but why taking it out on the tenants who are paying your salary avoid this apartment at all cost sleep in your car if you have to this place sucks

This place deserves zero stars. I encountered a nightmare of bugs and maggots, forcing me to take matters into my own hands by buying sealant from Home Depot to secure the bathroom baseboards. Check the photos for proofIm not one to write reviews, but I wish someone had warned me before I moved in. Since my move to Cali a year ago, Ive faced issues like persistent bugs and rats, exorbitant heating bills, neglect of maggot problems endangering my daughter, gate troubles, difficulties with DoorDash finding my building, unwanted attention from people, and an overall lack of child-friendliness.
