Target has 0 Customer service. Refunds are very ridicoulse.. You take my money but don't comply to your policies. I will not buy from Target if this continues.

A man in a wheelchair asked if he could go in front of me in the line. I said yes and then his 3 kids with 3 separate carts showed up suddenly.

It was ok. A bit messy and pricey.
