I wish I could gave them 0.
I purchased a Chair, they delivered me the dysfunction Chair. The chair is not reclining back at all, it is not assembled correctly
I went back the store to reported to the sales man Alex at very same day. They want gave me exchange the problem chair. But they delivered exactly problem Chair. Can't use at all.
At this point, I asked for the refund. They keep the delivery fee. Not refund to me.
They told me , No matter what happened They already paid for third party company for delivery. I have to pay for delivery fee.
I don't think It's a fair to ask costumer to pay the delivered fee even they keeping delivered the dysfunction products.
I gave them second chance to delivered right product to me.
I am very disappointed this company.
It's their fault, but they want the costumer to pay the price.
I will never go back.

Went to several stores yesterday. The usual experience is a flock of sales folks ready to pounce on you as you come in the door. I liked that at MOR, we didn't get pounced on right away. Also liked the way the furniture was shown. Lots of things to look at but not so cluttered.
Harrison listened to what we were looking for a quickly pointed out multiple options that would fit our space. Recommended!

Showroom was great.Walked around and looked.After the salesman,Alvaro was done helping a customer,came over and helped us.Very friendly and great customer service.He is a people person and knows how to interact.Very helpful.I will be back.Never felt pressure
