This furnishings retailer is a notch above the rest. Creative showroom/design ideas, friendly management and staff. They're also communicative and follow through with what they promise thereby ensuring the quality of products in which they offer. We couldn't be happier. Thank you for the wonderful furnishings!

I've made numerous purchases from this store, and the experiences have always been excellent. They offer beautiful, high-quality products at great prices. I have a suggestion for the sales department: it would be beneficial to inform customers that many sofas can be tailored with various fabrics and styles (including chairs, loungers, etc.). I wasn't aware of this option when I saw a sofa I liked. Fortunately, after speaking with the staff, I ended up purchasing two custom-made sofas. I'll continue to rely on them for furnishing my home; I'm extremely satisfied.

Gorgeous natural furniture; as well as, many other lovely pieces! All employees were very kind and helpful. They ensured that we were always helped. Super fast delivery as well! The piece looks fantastic and everything is very sturdy.

AVOID this place at all costs and go across the street to Ashley furniture or another well established furniture store. I had to put one star to post but I'd put a negative star if allowed. I bought 4 chairs off the showroom floor and got them home and they don't fit at our dining room table. We contacted them IMMEDIATELY after delivery with the problem and were told these are final sale and a custom order. What? Not once, EVER was I told these were final sale items and there is NOTHING custom about these, bought them off the showroom floor, no changes. Nothing marked on the product, nothing at the counter, and the sales clerk not ONCE ever mentioned this important fact. Even knowing this, the owners could care less and refuse to refund our purchase because "they are a small business". If you care about customer service and return policies on large ticket items, save yourself and go a reputable store. These guys aren't cheap either so your not saving anything shopping here except for poor quality. We just purchased many items for our new home from Arhaus, LazyBoy, Visual Comfort, and Arteriors and have used their return policy already for really high ticket items, NO PROBLEM. Ethical companies have return policies and/or put final sale tags on an item. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on these guys. Deceptive and unethical to say the least......
