      image Wow I been told today that they cant sell iPhone because they dont have people. Just horrible service lattly
      06/26 update. Had to bring AirPod for Genius Bar this store has horrible customers service. In fact they didnt even react on prior comments.
      This time arrived 15 min earlier to appointment Apple Store employee was standing doing nothing and not even approached me after she did she told me that she cant check me in because Im too early the other time was they send me away because I was 10 min late.

      image Took a ridiculous amount of time to simply pick up a phone from service. Rather drive down to the apple store in San Jose and back it will be faster. Save yourself a headache and time and avoid this store.
