Wells Fargo Bank

Great customer service, nicely remodeled BUT not one piece of art that says its a Wells Fargo. My dad worked at Wells Fargo in San Francisco in marketing for over 25 years. Needs something that reflects its history. It could be any bank or business for that matter.

Go to ANY other branch or location. IF you end up at this location- dont waste your time with Jonathan Moran. He is condescending, rude and will treat you as though youre walking in off the street and broke. Despite having multiple business accounts with this bank. He had zero reason to cop such an attitude and behave the way he did. Takes nothing but a little effort to be kind. Tough lesson for Jonathan Moran.

This branch is garbage for anything other than simple deposits or withdrawals. Clerks incapable of processing a simple wire transfer (have had 0 issues with the branch near Spectrum). The branch also has very few employees making for very long wait times. And on top of that all, my husband has experienced discrimination from the staff here. This is the closest brand to my home (I could literally walk), but we choose to drive to Irvine for actual services.

This place has the worst customer service, my suggestion is go elsewhere, you could get more help on a deserted island without any shade or food. The clerks dont care at all as I ve been skipped twice and told to sit down
