Wells Fargo Bank

I dislike to going to this branch because people dont have a customer service skill. Being friendly and polite would be nice Greeting and attitude is everything. Dont give your negative attitude to customer , if you dont like your job go to do something else that you like. wont go to this branch anymore!

Very bad. All five windows are always closed, no people working. Takes hours to perform simple tasks.

manager does not know customer service, my Euro order was delayed in spite of an extra day and the manager just brushed me off like he didn't care. I ordered early in the week and was told to come back the following day, I came 2 days later due to work and my order was not ready and was told to come back again. I ordered my euros early in the week since I was traveling on the weekend. I was told they'll refund me if they can not fulfil my order by the weekend. my point is If they can not guarantee my order they should have not taken it so I could have shopped around different banks.

ONE star it too generous (ZERO stars is more accurate). I agree with the other reviewers. This branch has the most incompetent Wells Fargo tellers. Can't multiply. Scary! Besides the lack of math skills, there is also a lack of customer service. The younger female has an attitude problem all the time. Why? You chose to have a customer service job. Who hires these people? Why are they still there after all these complaints from your customers? The manager should be held accountable. I stopped going there, because I do not feel comfortable having them handle my money or have access to my personal information.

We had an appointment with Travis Poteet to fix our big problem with our business account.He was very helpful and he fixed our problem.Wells fargo is very lucky that he has as part of it's team.Thank you so much Travis.
