        Ive never had a problem with the agents or service. Sometimes its difficult reaching them on the telephone, but apart from that, it has as good as service as any other bank in the area that I know of.

        If I could I would give minus stars. The WORST BANK Nothing wrong with the people working in the branches as is the systems set by the higher ups = ABYSMAL! Only one account left with them their services has been absolutely ABYSMAL. Connecting to customer services that do not know and do not communicate with other bank departments. I have had the WORST experience in the last few weeks. I do not know why I did not close this bank account years ago.
