Edible Arrangements

I received an arrangement for my birthday, yesterday, from my dear sister. Unfortunately, today, the strawberries are rotten and the melon is tasteless. Such a waste of money! I definitely would not recommend ordering anything from this company.

This was the worst experience I have ever had from a delivery company. I made the order on the 13th at 11:00 am for a delivery on the 14th. Plenty of time! When it wasn't delivered by 5:00 pm, I went to the tracker and it said they had received it but hadn't started "crafting" the order! So I tried to call the number of the store which took me around and around and I was not able to talk to anyone about the timing of the delivery. Then I saw it change at 6:30 pm to "crafting" the order, so I thought maybe, just maybe, it would be delivered by 9:00 pm. But NOPE.....never changed to "out for delivery" and was NEVER delivered and I was NEVER contacted by anyone from the store. Even this morning on the 15th it still says "crafting" the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ON BEVERLY BLVD IN LOS ANGELES!!! I will never use them again.

They never answered the phone. Called at different times, was on hold for over and hour each time. 7:30pm and status says they are making the item, and this location closes at 8pm. I've asked for a refund. Do not order edible arrangements, especially from this location.

I have ordered from this store since my Son has lived in LA. This year they completely forgot about me and just threw together something. The pineapple look like dog bones, and he didnt get the order until 8pm. Im very disappointed and frustrated. I called customer service and they dont care. The people are very rude and just dont care.
