Pete's Flowers

Looking to send (early) Valentine's Day flowers to my wife (on a work trip in LA), I was referred to Pete's by the Thompson Hotel, where she was staying. As I was checking up on the order late in the afternoon, I discovered there was a little misunderstanding with the delivery and the hotel. The details aren't really relevant, but suffice it to say that Bob (at Pete's) was extremely courteous and diligent about helping me resolve the issue, ensuring that my wife received her flowers, which she loved, with barely a hiccup. Many thanks for making it a successful Valentine's Day from 2,000 miles away!

My dear friend passed away and my team at work send me the most beautiful bouquet from Pete's. The man who delivered the flowers is the most lovely, empathetic person I've ever met and it made receiving this gift even more special. The bouquet is in a beautiful vase and filled with lovely roses, lilies, and other beautiful flowers arranged so perfectly that when I refilled the water I couldn't quite get them back into their perfect positions. Thank you Pete's and to my delivery person who I think has worked there for over 20 years. He told me a lovely story about making his deceased mother proud and we both teared up. You're making her proud daily with your kindness and empathy towards others in their time of suffering. Buy local and keep Pete's business going strong. Petes delivered! Ordered the premium Designers Choice this morning on the website and they were delivered to my wife this afternoon. The arrangement was beautiful and they incorporated some tasteful orange stems cuz were from Tennessee, thank you! The delivery guy was great - the whole experience was great. My wife was very happy. Thanks for helping me look good Pete!
