        I was supposed to receive an arrangement on Valentine's Day, but they didn't show up. The next day, they told me they would deliver early before 5 since I was leaving (out of state for a couple days), and they delivered according to my ring at almost 9 PM after I left a very headed VM. At this point, I never got it. (since I'm out of town)Unfortunately, I will never recommend this location, and for what they send me (poor quality items, like they just toss the strawberry in a bad mood), the pictures my neighbor sent me tell me that they were very unprofessional in wrapping the gift. 1. Poor management 2. Poor Delivery 3. Poor-quality items

        This was my first time ordering and I was very excited. I paid for a Heartfelt Delights Box which comes with 6 strawberries and 4 cheesecake bites. When it got delivered, it only had 4 strawberries. Super disappointed. I reached out and left a message. They called me and wasn't able to answer, however, called them back within 5 minutes and no answer! Didn't even follow up with me.
