I would put zero star but the system didnt let me. One of the worst delivery company. Early morning I called to confirm my order and needed estimate delivery time, someone hang the phon on me with Indian accent . She said will call u back and never called me back. I called second time was 10 am another Indian said I wil check with driver and call u back about 2 hours . She didnt call me back and I called again after 2:30 hours around 12:30 , they didnt even know I called 2 times. Again they told me they will call me back and make sure order will deli before 2 pm. They didnt call me back. I called again and told them u didnt deliver and my mom left work please deliver to house address. She said ok I change the address they will deliver to new address till end of the business hours 5 pm . I checked the track number online said delivered but my mom didnt receive anything. Called it to the store again Indian accent girl answered and I said I wanna talk to manager she said he is busy . And then I talked to someone else he said we dont even have new address in system . After 8 hours shift and this much calling they told me no address. Then he called me back to Check with driver he said I apologize. Apologize for which one !!!!!
