        Ordered an Edible Arrangement, we never received our order and when we called to figure out what happened they said the delivery had been completed and handed directly to someone at the home. We were home all day AND we have a ring door camera so we know no one ever came to the door. They only offered a refund for the product but not for delivery, even though they delivered to the wrong address. They didn't seem in anyway apologetic at all either. Not impressed with their cusotmer service.

        7 hours for an order placed before 9:00am! I placed a $140+ order to be delivered about a mile from this location. The order was for a group that would be leaving work at 5:00pmthey delivered an edible arrangement one hour before the end of business. When I called to check on the order, Tyler made multiple excuses about how they dont make promises about the time of day they deliver. So disappointed in this lack of customer service. I wont order from here again.
