I have been going to the same store for the last two years and I had great customer care. Not until two weeks back when I found Erick and asked him to check for me if I qualify for Netflix as I am on a family package. He looked at me and checked his tab and answered ' No you don't qualify with no explanation. Same Erick guy today when I went in to pay my bill.. He said we charge $5 and I asked if there was any other option. He said to me that he couldn't help me as he was busy.

David was the T-mobile rep who assisted me over the past 2 days. Based on my previous experiences in setting up a new phone, David exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, organized, gave clear instructions, patient & pleasant. You couldn't ask for a better employee to represent your company.

I can't speak for the other reps in the store (wasn't super impressed based on what I saw), but we were very lucky to have Marcus as our rep. He went above and beyond, didn't make us feel like we were being hustled (but still gave us plenty of options and laid it all out for us), and just overall it was a pleasant experience.
Normally we dread coming in-store for new devices/service, but luckily we got Marcus as our rep!
