We feel very fortunate to have had Kim Sammer as our realtor to help us buy our new home and to sell our old home. Kim was so easy to work with. She is like a good friend. She was very honest with us and spoke her professional mind in helping us make good choices for fixing up our home for sale. Because she has such a wonderful personality she was able to make contact with potential buyers that she kept in touch with over time to see if they had any interest in our home after a number of months. That work she put into that process is what actually sold our home. She was able to sell our home during a very difficult time when interest rates had risen to almost seven percent and there were few buyers because of this. She put in a lot of time with open house events, keeping us appraised after each open house and the interest that was showed. To say, that she found a buyer quickly is an understatement. We didn't even have time to put up the For-Sale sign! Kim found a highly qualified buyer, all cash buyer with no contingencies in less than 24 hours! I would definitely use her again!
