I am a builder-developer from Walnut Creek and I have known Mark for some time as we have networked and looked for development opportunities. I decided to sell my primary residence and second home and asked Mark to list both properties. Mark was insightful, clear, professional, and candid, and really made it a point to leverage our credibility as a high quality - risk averse builder to prospective Buyers. Many in the Realtor community fail to really understand the quality that differentiates our homes and focus merely on the pretty. Mark takes the time to truly know the product.
