I rented from Dino Riggio and Associates for 3 years and it was the best rental experience I've had in my life. It is rare that you feel like the company you are renting from actually cares about you but that is how I felt when I was there. Thank you for the great years!

Terrible experience with this company. They never respond. Customer relationships somewhere between bad and worst.

Absolutely a terrible rental experience! Other than writing a lease and collecting money, the company was mostly useless. They wasted much of our time coordinating move-in repairs by either ignoring our requests or sending the wrong companies to do the job(s), and did not listen to our input. Now that we're connected directly with the property owner, it's clear that there were misrepresentations made by the company to both sides about several issues.The company managed the property for around six weeks from the time that the lease was signed to the notice that they were no longer involved. If that doesn't send a signal, I don't know what does.There was no evidence to us that they have ever managed another property of this type.

Jason Bonelli was the perfect agent! He was very personable, patient and kept us updated throughout the entire home buying process. He answered our questions without delay and was a great median between us and the seller. Highly recommended!
