The Paddy Kehoe Team is awesome. If you need to sell your house you will be in great hands. Paddy and his team helped me determine what upgrades made sense, helped get them done, with little to no effort on my part, and helped me get a great price for my house even in a challenging market. Paddy and Alyson, and the designer and contractors who work with them are honest, hard working, good communicators and took care of everything that I needed to get the house ready for sale. We turned to Paddy Kehoe and his Team when we needed to sell our Lafayette home of 45+ years. They helped us every step of the way. Paddy and his wonderful assistant Alyson were always available with advice and answers - from setting an asking price to deciding on the many necessary updates to understanding the many unfamiliar documents. We worked with his stager/decorator and contractors to modernize our home while retaining its unique character.
