I had a very enjoyable and fast experience with Megan. she was very professional and on top of her game. Always available to answer any questions at anytime of the day and very friendly. When she works with you she tries her hardest and is very honest with you about the properties and she definitely looks out for your best interest. She was a pleasure to work with and I am definitely recommending her to all my friends and family when ever they are trying to purchase a property.

Megan has the knowledge, skills, and charisma that you want your real estate agent to have but on top of that when you start working with her, you found a friend and guardian in her. She is knowledgeable both in real estate and mortgage and pays attention to details. For example, from the start she made sure we understood the closing cost/ tax bases and other cost associated with purchase of a home in our area; so, we were not surprised at the end. We started our search during COVID and there were no open houses during that time. She would schedule 4-5 showings back-to-back for us and would come along with us weekends or weekdays. After a few weeks of listening to us, she told us that we need to look at homes that are built after 1985. This came as a surprise to us, but she was right! There was something about homes prior to 1985 in that area that even when they were remodeled, we did not like them. Later, she explained that she had noticed that we like thicker walls and higher ceilings, and we didnt care much for bigger backyards, those were features of homes built after 1985 in that area. This is the level of knowledge that you want in your realtor. We saw over 40 homes and wrote more than a dozen offers and she would read all the disclosures along with us and help us understand them. Megan was very quick to respond to texts or emails and we always felt our questions were answered. She has access to a team of professionals that complements her profession. When we bought our house, we wanted to paint the interior. She recommended a crew that painted our home in a short time at a great cost! If you are thinking about selling or buying real estate in Bay Area, Megan is your gal!

Megan was very professional and helpful in the entire process of buying a home. She knew the area, most realtors in that area and have visited most of the listings. She was very helpful in process of finding our home, the bidding process and finally when we went into contract. She treated us like her family, was very caring and always tried to get everything resolved for us. I will definitely refer her to my friends and family and use her again if needed to move.

I got to know Megan through a friend of mine. Megan had recently sold his father's house and he was pretty content with her services. I owned a house in Moraga and was in the process of listing it. After interviewing 3 realtors, I decided to list my home with her. She is great with numbers and has a great approach toward preparing, providing reports and marketing the house. She is an excellent in communication and her past experience in mortgages was a great advantage in communicating with title and loan officer. I was able to sell my house above my expectation; my goal was accomplished. I usually don't put a review; she did a great job and she is an all star realtor in my point of view.

Megan is super professional and responsible person. I couldnt find any easier way to purchase a home. She got me 30k discount on the house . She negotiated the house and I love the experience I had with her. I certainly will work with her with next home purchases. She even came with me to title company to make sure I am signing correctly.
