Our family had the opportunity to work with Jessica Uppal and Kim Siegel of Enkasa on the sale of our home. Our house was on the market for a week, had 31 offers and sold for 70% over asking. This did not occur by chance, but was the result of tremendous work by this team that delivered excellence at every step in the process. They are fantastic communicators, keeping the lines of communication open and transparent during the entire home-selling process. Additionally, they developed a robust and detailed plan to ensure a smooth process, keeping us informed at every step and we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. We were also impressed on how they leveraged past sales data and research to develop a pricing strategy that was very successful. What we found unique to this team was their ability to recommend and coordinate targeted cosmetic upgrades and staging to elevate the design of the home. This eye for design proved to be an incredible asset as this work increased the appeal to potential buyers and we, as the owners with design backgrounds, were floored by how beautiful our home looked. We are very detailed-oriented, meticulous people with high expectations, and they exceeded them. We were so pleased with their work, that we continue to partner with them as we look for a new home.

We had an outstanding experience working with the Enkasa team (Jeff, Kim, and Jessica) on a recent home purchase. They brought a unique level of local market knowledge and expertise that was refreshing and extremely beneficial. We had an initial consultation with the team outlining what we were looking for and even in this crazy competitive environment had an offer accepted 4 weeks later! The team identified several properties, helped to outline/discuss what work might be required, and ultimately helped navigate a competitive, multiple offer, situation to get our offer accepted. It was such a great experience were discussing with the team a rental property were looking to bring to market. I couldnt recommend any more highly as they truly stand apart in a sea of agents/brokerages.
