I recently was referred to Wanda to sell one of our family members home which had been run down over the years, but everything worked, plumbing/water/heating/electricity all to code. We agreed that the best net dollars would be to sell the house as-is as a fixer upper. Wanda went out of her way to help move the process along. I had our first face-to-face meeting with her at the property. On time, as agreed. She took a walk thru, noted things that would need to be disclosed (water leak on the ceiling, but the roof was repaired to stop the leak, though the ceiling wallboard wasn't patched, & some other minor issues). She said ignore all that bc likely the purchaser would just gut the house and do a rebuild. She arranged for all the inspections, helped go thru all the paperwork, arranged for a notary to come to our house to sign the paperwork after the sale. She kept me updated the whole time with where we were in the process. The property was sold in about 1.5 months, start to finish. The house sold for about $40K over asking price. We will have another property to sale in the next year or so & I will definitely be using Wanda again. I'd give her 6 stars if I could.
