Highly recommend Erika and her team! She was always so helpful and efficient in aiding our needs. Whenever we had a question, even if she wasnt sure she would try to find an answer. Buying a home is a stressful and long process, Erika stuck with us through it all for over a year and helped get us into our home. As first time home buyers, my husband and I had no clue what we were doing and Erika was there every step of the way answering any questions we had. Even after closing on our home Erika and her team still reached out to make sure we were settled in and they still continue to answer any questions we currently have. I have a lot of good to say about Erika!!
Just yesterday she was able to turn our key to our first dream home!! She worked very hard for us to come to an end and make it happen. Her team is amazing and you can see that because they all support each other and she has great assistants. They always kept me updated and they were able to answer all my question and concerns. She is very well know I the valley for being top agents. Erika has a good heart for helping others, specially with their real state needs. She will fight for you till the end and she will find the resources to make it all happen for you to have your own home. She deserves all respect along with her great team and company. Highly recommended!! And this is just a review but the feeling and the emotions that she was able to make it happen are priceless. What can I say about Erika that hasn't been said. Oh well I will say it again. She is one heck of a smart realtor, she knows her market.
I had a small plot of land that I had been putting off selling. Time to find a realtor I thought. I read several realtor reviews but Erika's reviews stood out. OK I thought I will try this Erika Robles. I called and spoke with her assistant, Gaby Ornelas. Once I connected with Erika it was quite a ride. Not only was she up front about her commission, but she had a plan as to how, why and how much we should list. Her plan worked beautifully. WHAM!! she got the ball rolling in jet action speed and in a little over one month the sale was made beyond my expectations and escrow closed.
Kudos to you Erika, and Kudos to your assistant, Gaby Ornelas. You have quite a team.
