Nivia Lourenco is the most amazing broker I have ever worked with in 30 years. I have bought/sold property with her and she supersedes anyone I have ever worked with. I truly cannot explain how grateful I was to stumble on Nivia's advertisement 10 years ago. My husband and I were having a hard time finding a property when Nivia swooped in and saved us. She worked hard to find us a home to meet all our needs and blessed us with a house that we grew our family in for 9 years. So naturally when it was time to move on to our next chapter, it was a no brainer to call Nivia. We have also used her for our family properties.
