Being able to get a hold of Suzy as soon as possible was never an issue. The moment I contacted her and gave her my interest in buying a home, Suzy was front and center ready to aide in any of my needs or concerns. She spoke with the seller, always kept in contact with me, and was always very detailed oriented in her communication.
One of her strongest qualities is her punctuality, communication, and wisdom about her work.
For example, buying a home isnt consisted of normal-day to day language. Anything Suzy explained to me from my next step, she always explained it in terms to where I, as a buyer, understood exactly what was going on.
I had never came across to a point where I had a concern and she left me hanging. Suzy is amazing at answering any and all of my questions to the best of her knowledge; including providing additional resources to back up any further questions needing to be answered. I, as a happy, satisfied, current home-owner, will definitely keep in touch with Suzy with future occasions. Suzy was always ready for any questions and responsive. She kept us informed throughout the whole process. I was tranquil knowing she was standing besides us the whole way. Me and my husband are really appreciative with all of her help. Definitely would recommend in the future.
