Mercedes was referred to me by a very nice woman who suggested I speak to her and let her know my situation should I decide to sell my house. Mercedes was very understanding and did everything she could to make the process easier for me once I realized that selling my house was my best option. I hit a number of road blocks along the way which led to a few delays. However, Mercedes was always there to listen, and give me options on how to best proceed. Overall, without her being there for me concerning all that I had to deal with in my personal life and working with me to sell the house, it all came together very well and I appreciate Mercedes not only as a very diligent real estate agent but as a caring person who has the sellers best interest at heart. I just sold my home. I hired Mercedes Avila. I have made a lot of bad decisions in my life. The decision to hire Mercedes was one of thee best decisions I have recently made! Mercedes is very competent and lends confidence to every discussion I had with her. She is tough, gritty, smart and a grinder! If I did not know any better, I would swear she slept maybe four hours a night. She is always reachable, and is a great communicator. She will shoulder the stress for you through every step of the process! Thank you Mercedes! You were a godsend!!
