Wells Fargo Bank

The service here is poor, I made an appointment at the bank a month ago, it was a Saturday and on Friday I received a reminder email and I was very happy. On the way to work, I received a phone call asking me to change the time to Monday, and I said that I had to go to work on Monday and had no time. Then, after contacting other people, he told me that I could go to the bank on Saturday as planned. I went to the bank on Saturday and the member told me that there was no broker on duty that day, and he was sorry. This wasted a lot of my time, and maybe it didn't work out, it's cheating!

Raquel is the manager and she is definitely not a good costumer service, we wait over an hour to cash a check thanks to her incompetent costumer service

This Wells Fargo Gardena California branch is so horrible!!!! Bad customer service!!!! We have appointment today That was set up 3 weeks ago. Its 10am and we arrived at 957am. Then I saw that they first attended to the walk in client than us. Where in fact, I walked in also around 3 weeks ago and they did not attend to us and the manager asked us to set an appointment. Then they attended first those that have no appointment? Calling the TOP management of Wells Fargo, I hope this kind of bad service.

This bank is horrible They made an appointment for me and I waited half an hour and they didn't even attend to me, the manager told me, I don't know why they gave him the appointment and he still tells me to go to another bank I don't recommend them.....
