Horrible customer service. Employees seen I was having issues with an atm and pretended to be in a conversation when I went over to ask them a question. Once I walked away without an answer, the conversation conveniently was over

This branch is clean and the staff members are responsible and helpful .especially Sandra explains in detail in easy ways for everything .I really appreciate her and all the staff. Thank you, and I recommend specially for the new opening Chase account to go to this branch because Sandra is helpful.

I visited this location two days in a row.. Yesterday (11-14-23) and today (11-15-23) and both times I was in and out of the line in a reasonable amount of time. The first time I waited in line and was told to make an appointment with Tanya. (I didn't get to meet her) I came for my appointment today to open a new account. There was no wait in the line because I came early, I was informed by one of the tellers that there would be a wait.. Eddie, the manager, is who ended up helping me. He came out and mentioned to me that he didn't want me to be waiting for awhile and that he would help me. (Which he did) Eddie was very quick and he was very professional, he explained the entire process and the benefits that come with having an account here at chase. I have no complaints about the professionalism that was displayed from any of the employees here. They were all very courteous and very professional. The entire process was done in under an hour and this is with the wait times included. I'm glad that I ignored the bad reviews and gave this one a chance.
